Reach out to any of the Board Members!
How to Use Student Account Funds
Do you have funds in your Students Band Account? Want to use them so you do not have to write a check for those expenses? All you have to do is follow the below:
1) Refer to the email you received with your students account balance. If you have specific questions, reach out to kgbp.treasurer@gmail.com
2) Once you know how much your child has in their accounts, Click the above link and fill in the google doc. This document will automatically go to the treasurer for record keeping, and the designated amount will be applied to the childs dues/charges/etc.
3) If you do not "will" your funds to another family, any remaining balance your student has after they graduate will automatically be moved to the KGBPA Scholarship Fund Account.
